With more than 38 years of Medicaid expertise, Rick focuses on collaborating with clients to ensure Medicaid members get the services they need. He is passionate about understanding each client’s goals, matching solutions to their business needs, helping them improve their business processes, offering innovation and making sure Gainwell is delivering on our commitments.

Previously, Rick was Gainwell’s senior vice president for the northeast sector and also drove growth in U.S. sales. Rick spent 22 years with EDS where he served in various capacities, including working in the office of the general counsel. As a licensed attorney, Rick brings a unique perspective to his role and can help clients and internal support teams look at complex problems — and solutions — in different ways.

Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Alabama. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
